UPDATES.

I need to post about birthdays and kids that made all-stars and all-star tournaments but first I can not skip Nolan making the 5k club and breaking records at WYAA, Hayden's team  finishing first in the league and Mollie going away for 4 days to her first Cheer camp. Dang. I'm behind on this blog log of life. 

 Nolan made the 5k club 3 times! (5K=5 Strikeouts in a row). Not easy. He broke the WYAA record when he made 9K in a row. I wish I could have recorded the applause when they said that over the loud speaker during closing ceremonies. Gave me goosebumps really. Hard to be humble with kid like him really:) ha.

 Coach Bill and his 8 u Reds took home first place in the league to secure Bills job as All Star coach this year( he liked that). Hayden had an awesome season so super proud of this lefty phenom as well. :) now look at Mason... well he was Pissed he didn't get a trophies after all his wins.

 Here is  Mollie at the NCA Cheer camp. Yep she made the cheer team for next year. Unbelievable how hard these girls work and hard there coaches are on them. Texas cheer is a bit cray cray but amazing results in such a short time. Pretty sure these girls will take State. Yes EVERYTHING is a competition. With no experience she has already learned her back hand spring in 3 months. She had to learn it before she makes the competition team. She was determined and did it. I could do without the bump and all the makeup but that is only for competition. Football games that won't happen...helloo.

We have been out of school for 3 weeks and we have not stopped. Oh and Bill went to Vienna for "work" I need to post pics of that too. Mollie had cheer camp them volleyball camp. The boys both have All Star practices and tournaments. Hayden is done but Nolan's is coming up.  I'm kind of ready for the kids to be couch potatoes for a while:)

Breaking records and Setting records.

Yep, your looking at the new record holder for WYAA. Nolan had a goal this night to make the 5k club. (That is 5 strikeouts in a row). He went above that to make 9 stike outs in a row to make the club and set a new record. He beat the old record by 2. He then went on to make the 5k club AGAIN when he got 6 more strike outs in a row. (we think that is a record too, making 5k twice in one game?). 

Nolan struck-out 19 players in this game to set a new record for the most strike outs in ONE game at 

WYAA. Go Nolan#9...Niner!

Back to Baseball!

Can not even believe I have not done a post on baseball yet this year. Where are my priorities?? Opening day was March....something?:) eh, that doesn't matter what matters is, my by boys are STUDS!
Since I'm so far behind on my bragging I'll pick up with opening day! With Studman Hayman first. This kid.

Hayden(7yr) is playing in the 8u division which is still coach pitch and Dad is his coach. I think playing up last fall really was an advantage for him. He is doing so awesome. So awesome he even says he likes baseball now, but still doesn't like to practice. ha.  He already has one (in the park, but almost out) home run under his belt and has made it on base 13 of 13 thus far! First base is his position this year! He so fun to watch and so dang fast. Even if he dinks the ball he out runs the throw. That's my favorite:)

Now this Studface, Nolan(10yr)! He is playing in the 10 u division, also a Red! He plays catcher and pitcher! Opening day his team won as well oh and Dad is the assistant coach for this team.

 He pitched for 3 innings and caught for two with 2 throwdowns at second. He went 2 for 2 on base that day and also now has an (in the park, almost over) Grand SLAM under his belt. He also set and beat a couple pitching records last night that I will brag(big time) about in the next post.:)

oh, I'm proud of this Man too, I mean he might have a little something to do with MY boys awesomeness. Maybe...?:))

Mollie is 12

She made the headband...this required an impromptu photo shoot. I'm so happy she likes me to take her pictures(most of the time). She so photogenic. I feel like you can tell how sweet she is just from her picture alone. What you can't really tell though is how competitive this girl is(she really really likes to win) . She did not get that from me but I thinks that's it. Everything else... i take full credit ;);). I'm so proud of her its ridiculous.

ps. She is TWELVE now. crazy huh?!

"Lets do this thing" by Mason Oliver

He's one tough cookie who honestly believes he is on a hockey team. he now eats yogurt daily because he saw the commercial on tv of a hockey player eating it. 'obsessed' Can't wait to watch this super aggressive kid play sports(oh who am I foolin). not just any sport but FOOTBALL! He is 3.5 and those size 5t clothes are a wee snug. oh my.

My little Texas Diamond

Mollie had her first Club VB Tournament last weekend. She did Awesome. I'm so excited for her. She really really loves VB. Her team is 12 under division and I'm so impressed how they are playing specific positions and making plays already. Mollie is the setter when she is back row and a hitter when she is in front row. (my little all-round rockstar:)
